    Once we agree on the design, a deposit will secure your order and your hat will be handcrafted in my studio. I require atleast 4 weeks for custom orders.

  • No! we can do everything over email, bideo calls and sending a swatch of your outfit if you require colour matching

  • Yes! The requirement for the Royal Enclosure for Royal Ascot is that the base of the hat is at least 10cm wide. All my hats fit this requirement.
