1. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

2. International Orders

For orders delivered outside the United Kingdom, please note that you are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges imposed by local authorities. Martha Lynn Millinery cannot be held responsible for delays or fees arising from customs clearance.

3. Returns & Exchanges

Each Martha Lynn Millinery piece is created with the utmost care, craftsmanship, and attention to detail. Due to the delicate and often bespoke nature of millinery, we do not accept returns.

However, ready-to-wear hats purchased directly via the website may be exchanged within seven (7) business days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item remains in pristine, unworn condition

  • It has not been used, altered, or damaged in any way

  • It is returned in its original packaging with all accompanying materials

All items must be returned prepaid, as we are unable to accept Cash on Delivery (COD) shipments. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured postal service, as Martha Lynn Millinery cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Bespoke, made-to-order, or customised pieces are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Nothing within this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer protection law.

4. Statutory Rights

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 remain unaffected by the above policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to trademarks, brand names, designs, product names, imagery, text, graphics, layout, and overall aesthetic presentation — is the property of Martha Lynn Millinery or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

No material may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without prior written consent.

6. Website Accuracy

While every effort is made to ensure that all information on the website is accurate and up to date, we reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice. This includes product descriptions, technical specifications, pricing, and availability.

In the event of an obvious error, Martha Lynn Millinery reserves the right to cancel or refuse any affected order.
